On the other hand, the increase of phosphodiesterase-5 (PDE5) in the male reproductive system was significantly increased by the viagra pill (P < 0.05). These results suggest that Viagra pill causes an increase in the level of phosphodiesterase-5 (PDE5) in the male reproductive system in a dose-dependent manner. The sexual activity of male rats with the viagra pill increased the level of PDE5 compared to the control group. The increase of testosterone concentration in the viagra pill-treated group was significantly decreased by the treatment with the viagra pill (P < 0.05).
